SITUATION: With the holidays quickly approaching, the Alpharetta CVB wanted to end the year welcoming holiday shoppers! They wanted to implement a campaign focused around their extensive shopping offerings including 250 shops within a five-mile radius. It was also important to drive traffic to www.AwesomeAlpharetta.com and their Seasonal Shops & Sips contest.
SOLUTION: Given the short timeframe of this project, our team decided to utilize the immediacy and personalization of influencer marketing to promote Alpharetta as a shopping hot-spot to holiday shoppers. Our team worked with a top-tier influencer from the Atlanta area with a strong following in the Southeast to produce content. Through promoted content we reached Alpharetta’s top visitor market of Birmingham, Alabama to ensure the posts were reaching their most important audience.

RESULTS:
- Reached an organic audience of 660,265 viewers across the Southeast
- Pineapple PR promoted Brittany Hayes’ static Facebook video to Birmingham and reached a total of 77,847 viewers with 9,189 thru-plays of the video.
- The Seasonal Shops and Sips Giveaway entry page received 1,669 unique visitors as a direct result of this campaign
